Also for the base file/folder picker UI:

  • Adds a reset / refresh cache button
  • Ensures addition of the + if the initial path given was a folder containing valid contents
  • Ensures removal of a + when the bucket is changed (as path gets set to '').

ToDo:

  • update tests
  • Ensure reset works properly when the firstPath (reset-to point) is not top-level, e.g. single_cell_GEX/raw
