All code is under LGPL3, except the included FastNoiseLite library, which is under MIT. The LGPL3 license is available under LICENSE, and a copy of the MIT license under LICENSE-MIT.
Most code is by NegaNote with some help by Withers and Raine.
The unique multiblock code is taken from Cosmic Frontiers' packmod, CosmicCore, with Caitlynn's permission.
