Run with docker

1. clone: git clone [url]
2. navigate into the folder "teachu-admin"
3. build with maven: maven clean package -DskipTests=true
4. run docker compose in the subfolder "docker": docker-compose up
5. cancel and run again because on first startup the database configures it selfe.
