Things to remember (add to this if youd like):

All new runs added must be automatically set to NOT verified, and mod has to verify

Moderators are responsible for overlooking runs (verifying/removing) while admins are responsible for user moderation (banning/removing posts)

values such as gameID, userID, etc DO NOT NEED TO BE SPECIFIED when being inserted. They are SERIAL values and such SQL will automatically assign values to them.
