Optimized readAllDocs in src/ingestion/document-reader.ts to read documents in parallel instead of sequentially. This significantly speeds up the ingestion process, especially when there are many files.

Changes

  • Added pMap helper for concurrent execution with limit.
  • Updated readAllDocs to use pMap.

Performance

  • Baseline (1000 files): ~560ms
  • Optimized (1000 files): ~242ms
  • Speedup: ~2.3x

Verification

  • npm run check-types passed.
  • Functional equivalence verified by benchmark count check.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 5509047029929215834 started by @mojomast

- Replaced sequential `for await` loop in `readAllDocs` with `Promise.all` based concurrency.
- Implemented `pMap` helper to limit concurrency to 50 files.
- Verified 2.3x performance improvement in reading 1000 files (560ms -> 242ms).
