Also changed 'out test dirnames' for clarity + removed 'header' from 'var_' -> some md5 changed
Only 'vars_DENOVO.md5' changed, cuz 'suspicious DENOVO' (1 single mut read) are now considered 'DENOVO'
Also update 'prod' md5 -> due to inclusion of Clinvar_patho (even when high GnomAD)
