Our goal is to create a service that offers the easiest way to find anything to do in San Diego. The reason we're focusing on a single city, is to ensure that we can dedicate sufficient resources to be as thorough as possible in the events available through our service.

There are plenty of event services out there, but most lack variety and some lack depth. Rather than browsing from site to site to find everything available, we want to allow users to be able to search and filter events through a single service with the confidence they are browsing everything there is to do in San Diego.

Our initial strategy is to aggregate what is already available through many disparate sites. This alone should provide value to users. However, the ultimate goal is to become a platform for hosting and managing events where business and individuals can manage their events knowing they're reaching the widest audience.

You might be wondering, why not just use Facebook or another social platform to find events? We believe there is an opportunity and a market for event hosting and management that is free from the distractions that come with most social platforms.
