only from proxy and tor exit node, not vpn.
Change to:
- A list of all VPN and Tor nodes IP addresses found.
+ A list of all proxies and Tor exit nodes IP addresses found.and amend the commit ( git commit --amend)

Done, also added note about vpn IP addresses not being added.
