- 修改m3u8解析方法以支援ts檔時長計算
- 使用ts檔時長做為分段下載計時依據
- 配置檔加入相關設定
- UI加入相關設定
- 注意: 啟用此功能後，會強制啟用分段下載並限制併發分段數為1
