TL;DR: * Remove PDO, move DQN up in the structure * railway-gen: Add cli, remove multiprocessing (it broke the generation, possibly due to duplicated seeds) * observation-utils: PyCharm-Reformat, add support for datastructrure used in eval data * railwai-utils: add generator class as generic handler, to skip first elements more efficiently and loop if needed * train: add support for different models * tree-observation: pycharm reformat + minor fixes
