Hide global account
Remove all local (and global?) user groups
Remove all local blocks
Handle exceptions with DeletePage
Run DeletePage for both new and old accounts in case rename was done differently so it gets both user space pages.
Convert to QueryBuilder (maybe follow-up patch?)
