- Bumped the chart version to 3.4.6-pre10.
- Updated image tag for Model Catalog API from c5f7847 to e4928bde.
- Updated image tag for UI from 859e83b to 752ea00.
- Adjusted creation timestamps in index.yaml to reflect the new release date.
