Please rebase, libc_shim.h is not for implementation prototypes they are stored in common.h for common.cpp. Sorry but __strlcpy_chk has been added 6 hours ago. We have already a strlcpy implementaion in this codebase since 2020 that was reused by the previous pr.

The missing freopen64 and __strlcpy_chk functions have been added. Now, with these functions included, you can run 1.21.130 and later versions.
