Changes

Upgraded Next.js to v16.1
Added shadcn/ui with Button component
Configured Tailwind CSS v3.4 (v4 not compatible with Turbopack)
Added component tests using Vitest and React Testing Library
Updated README with tech stack and known issues

Tests

✅ Button component tests (6 passing)
✅ Home page test (1 passing)
✅ All tests passing (7/7)

Notes

Tailwind CSS v4 has compatibility issues with Next.js 16 + Turbopack, so we're using v3.4 for now.
