We decided that ProbTime should prioritize having a locked set of dependencies that have been manually tested to be correct, rather than to keep it up to date with current versions. This PR remains as a draft for when/if this repo should be updated to current versions. |

This PR updates ProbTime to be compatible after miking-lang/miking#898 and miking-lang/miking-dppl#192.
