Added 99-02 GMT800 mileage correction. Added Trailblazer/Envoy and like vehicles for mileage correction, testing and modifying options. I added what I think are the options available. But have done very little testing.

Added Files for 2007 Classic clusters. Minor update to ID newer MX+ tools.

Updates to Read Properties

Added strings to Read Properties. Now includes year of cluster and if OS and Calibration needs programming or if just Calibration needs to be programmed.

Added Hours correction for 03-07 GMT800.

Changed the mileage correction dialog box to include hours correction and move the tenths digit to its own box that's auto filled with a 0.
Updated to correct hours not retained on 03 clusters.

Modify options checkboxes, minor test change to include 03-07 prndl indicators.

Turned on J2534. Couple other minor changes. J2534 may not fully work but it's has been requested to be turned on. Please report any success or failures with the J2534.
