Install development tools on mac os x 10.15 Catalina. Assumes use of zsh.

Install is idempotent, any subsequent run should add new changes and not affect previously installed or configured tools.

To Run

• chmod +x setup.sh to set the script as executable
• ./setup.sh to run the setup
