Steps (Windows)

Start Ganache GUI

truffle.cmd migrate --reset

Start webapp

node app.js

Open Browser

http://localhost:3000/

Open MetaMask with Mnemonic from Ganache

Nonce error in MetaMask during sending. -> Reset Account in MetaMask Settings.
