Also some minor updates

  • TADA.md
  • Replace silly alias 'cap' with 'min'
  • Fix default args for test_email.py
  • Change build target in make.bat to 'uv build' (like in Makefile)
  • Include *.txt in wheel
  • Make CodeQL use Python 3.12 (like the rest)
