Regenerated llms.txt and llms-full.txt from the latest Microsoft Foundry documentation TOC, sourced from MicrosoftDocs/azure-ai-docs on GitHub.

• Base URL updated: azure/ai-foundry to azure/foundry (new Microsoft Learn URL structure)
• Removed ?view=foundry query parameter (no longer required)
• 323 documentation pages collected (expanded from previous version)

How it was generated

Since aiohttp was unavailable in the environment, this used a urllib-based scraper that fetches the TOC YAML directly from the MicrosoftDocs GitHub repository, recursively resolves sub-TOC references, and generates the llms.txt files from the collected pages.
