-ftuning_list can indicate which op to tune in kernel tuning pass.

TODO: support in ir_based_fusion pass

The pipeline logs show it could successfully run all ROCm tests but report errors in the end of the test report:

ROCM	naive_cases #1	correctness	Succeed!

ROCM	naive_cases #4	correctness	Succeed!
ROCM	naive_cases #5	correctness	Succeed!

Test execution failed.
