Remove polyglot article and references

[Copilot]

PR #277 introduced a "Polyglot, multilanguage support" section on the homepage. This removes that content and its dependencies.

Changes

• Homepage section removal: Deleted "Polyglot, multilanguage support" section from index.mdx across 16 locales (English + 15 translations)
• SEO metadata cleanup: Removed "polyglot" from meta descriptions and keywords in head.attrs.ts and astro.config.mjs
• Dead link removal: Removed "Learn about polyglot features" section from add-aspire-existing-app.mdx that linked to removed content
• Component cleanup: Deleted unused LanguagesSupported.astro component (no longer referenced)

Historical references to polyglot features in whats-new/aspire-13*.mdx are intentionally preserved as they document specific release features.
