This is amazing and will be really useful 👏
I was wondering if it would be a good idea for the script to maybe also add a comment above line 29 which says something like "Please check the information below. Adjust or add extra details if necessary (e.g. which component is affected), and then remove this comment, before merging this PR."
So whoever does the release remembers that they may need to tweak the commit messages slightly to be clearer / more readable before they can be displayed on the website.
I'm just a bit worried that the person who does the release may not notice they need to make changes and then whoever reviews the PR will have to comment to let them know. And that will slow things down. Maybe I'm overthinking things but thought I would mention it 😅 Also not sure if there's a better solution than adding a comment
