The Database consists of historical games. Currently it covers data for the 2015-2023 seasons, inclusive.

• players.joblib contains the Chadwick Baseball Bureau Persons Register
• teams.joblib contains basic team info and IDs for FanGraphs and MLB
• schedules-2015-2023.joblib contains a dictionary of schedules, keyed by year
• Game-level player statistics

  • pitching-2015-2023.joblib

Raw games were obtained from the MLB Stats API "games" endpoint, documented in the MLB-StatsAPI Python module. These are stored in files data/raw-games/games-<YEAR>-<MONTH>.joblib, populated by 02-fetch-historical-games.py
