Added mmsp2csv and mmsp2txt

The proposed changes are intended to add the capability of converting from mmsp grid data to csv and txt file.

This is achieved by tweaking mmsp2tsv.cpp.

Modified Makefile, and added mmsp2txt.cpp and mmsp2csv.cpp

Oof. Please do development work in a separate branch. Your develop has now diverged from this "upstream" repository, contaminating this pull request. Please try to disentangle the utility code originally proposed here from the more recent FFTW work, and both of those from the develop branch.
