The twitter API no longer provides a user stream, e.g. twit library issue.
The new activity stream uses webhooks, so not simple to use instead in a databox driver.
So for now the user stream datasources have been removed.
Also fixes for saving the hashtags, and for restarting the driver (waiting for core network permissions).
