* redirect_prolog() and redirect_epilog() defined
* stdout redirects to /dev/null to remove GDB low level messages
* mcprintf_redirect() and mcprint_stop_redirect() temporarily captures
output of mcprintf() in the McMini source code, and stores it in
mcprintf_out for later printing by GDB.

When we have a '-p' trace sequence that goes beyond the end of the trace sequnce or deadlocks , but still continues, we need to stop and notify the user.
This is still a WIP.
