Audio Offset Manager v1.1.2

I'm hoping this is the release I can submit to Kodi repo. Releases will slow down once on the official repo.

If you are updating from version v1.0.0, a clean install is recommended to accommodate some of the new flags that I added for first time addon initialization.

• Fixed bug with HLG detection (case where infolabel reports 'hlghdr' instead of 'hlg')
• Improved error handling when playing unsupported HDR or audio types (such as video with AAC audio)
• Further optimized on-boarding, now is mostly automated by the script
• Active offset monitoring defaults to OFF

No new features, small update to vastly improve the onboard process and prepare for Kodi repo:

• Extra settings hidden during onboard for clarity
• Video selection and play button built into settings to complete onboard much more smoothly
• Cleaned up various strings, adjust naming for clarity

Audio Offset Manager v1.1.0

I recommend uninstalling the previous version first before installing this version. This is to account for the new on-boarding process.

• New fallback HDR detection for better compatibility across different Kodi platforms
• New on-boarding process to test your platform's HDR detection and present offset settings accordingly. HDR10+ or advanced HLG (when Kodi thinks it's an SDR video) detection might not be available on all platforms.
• New panel in settings to show your platform capabilities

If anyone knows how to launch a video from the addon settings, I think that would simplify the on-boarding even more. Please let me know!
