  • Italian Banks Sentiment Analysis Analysis pipeline on over 78,000 real reviews from the Google Play Store. It uses NLP models (BERT and spaCy) to classify text and isolate issues, feeding a MySQL Data Warehouse and a four-page Power BI dashboard. During the Python database exploration phase, the 'neutral' sentiment category was deliberately filtered out to eliminate noise and maintain strict focus on actionable insights.
