Looks like a breadboard, works like a breadboard.
Switch 3 connects battery positive to the bottom row, switch 4 connects battery negative to the second row from the bottom.
3 rows of ten 0805 LED and resistor pair, controlled by switch 2.
Think you can solder all the way down to 0201 components? Turn them on with switch 1.
A regular CR2032.
WARNING: When inserting the CR2032 battery, angle it at 45° under the terminals before pushing it down.
Battery Removal: When removing the battery, use a lever between the battery and the holder. Do not place the lever between the battery and the PCB to avoid ripping off the solder joints.
