Command line client to use the lib

It'll be nice to add examples of how to use this package, but adding a whole command line tool with sub commands isn't my intention for this package.

Can you:

• Create a examples directory in this repo's project root
• Put reader/main.go and writer/main.go files for reading and writing examples
• Remove dependency to github.com/spf13/cobra and github.com/spf13/viper and only use official packages + this package
• gofmt before commit

Or if you don't like that, you can make your own repo for your tool and use this package as a dependency.
