Added __builtins__.pyi to provide Databricks and Spark builtins for type checking. Updated databricks.yml profiles and pyproject.toml/uv.lock to require Python 3.11 instead of 3.12. Refreshed demo_artifacts/logged_model.json with new model metadata. Minor notebook and config changes for compatibility.
