Parametric 3d-printable welding headband mod to replace the original Vive head strap.

3M Speedglas 9100 Welding Headband, although might only need to tweak a few parameters to make the 3d-printed parts fit another brand.

2X screws that fit in the holes on the sides of the headband. The ones used for this headband are 5mm in diameter.

2X Wing nuts that fits the screws.

2X large diameter washers that covers enough area of the distance adjustment slots.

4X 3mm diameter width screws for connecting the printed parts with the HMD through the steel loops.

4X washers that cover some area around the 3mm screws on both sides.

2X 3mm diameter nuts.
- Koss Porta Pro headphones.
- 2X 4mm diameter, roughly 25mm length screws.
- 2X 4mm diameter nuts.
Note: I haven't yet managed to make the headphones line up well enough to be comfortable so the mount brackets need to be be adjusted. I also didn't put holes for fastening the headphones as I wanted to try it out first so holes need to be drilled.
