Problem: Transport Close handshake broken in Stream Transport . Given previous code incapability of receiving CLOSEConfWrapper message.
Fix: Calls this.close in StreamTransport.did_close so as to reset state variables of transport.
Coverage : test cases in another gives complete coverage of code
