Add Bloodboy - AI-powered lab results tracker

Adding Bloodboy to the Biomarker Tracker section as a digital alternative to the Google Sheets tracker.

Why it's needed

The repository's second objective is to provide user-friendly biomarker tracking tools. Bloodboy solves key pain points:

  • Eliminates manual data entry - AI extracts biomarkers from PDF lab reports automatically
  • Handles unit conversion - Automatically converts between different measurement units (mg/dL ↔ mmol/L, etc.)
  • Visualizes trends - Interactive charts designed specifically for biomarker tracking over time
  • Privacy-first - All data stored locally in browser (IndexedDB), not in cloud

Why it belongs here

  • Aligns with objective 2: providing user-friendly biomarker tracking tools
  • Open source (AGPL-3.0) and free for personal use
  • Reduces the biggest barrier to consistent tracking: manual data entry

This gives users another option for tracking their health data, especially those who want more automation.
