…'t find any effect whatsoever. Currently, there aren't any entries in the addmodetbl with amforce8 so something like lda <$00 will generate an error. This updates qasm to just ignore it as well since that's less work than updating addmodetbl.

Based on testing, Merlin effectively ignores the < modifier. I couldn't find any effect whatsoever.
