Added support for IE8 compatibility view on intranet zone. Also, in document ready, it applies the watermark to inputs with the placeholder attribute in case folks want to use that attribute in non-html5 applications. Finally, in the plugin body, the options were extending the defaults which modifies the defaults; I added an empty object so the defaults won't be modified by the options.
