Just wanted to play around with one of the React libs to see what are the options we have.
2 things in this PR:

  • React navigation router (enables navigation through various pages, like home, dashboard, etc)
  • Dashboard

TODO in this PR:

  • styling
  • put labels on horizontal and vertical axis

I gave it a quick look and I like that all pages are separated.

Could we start with navigation bar styling and About page placeholder (#29) and then work on the Dashboard separately?
