Summary

add constants module and use in interactive controller
guard _parse_frame and connection handler
sanitize MATLAB command invocation
allow graceful termination of interactive loop
capture invalid JSON frames
check length of simulation filename
document interactive frame format

pytest -q (fails: ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'blinker')
