…to_uint32 as it will ALWAYS return value. Even then a zero could be a complete legit connection id, generally treat it as opaque. In the past when the connection ID was based on the file descriptor, this made sense, today, its just an incrementing uint32_t on the ircd side.

…sn't have O_NONBLOCK today? Remove socketpair over AF_INET hack, that was for windows support, also gone. If HAVE_SOCKETPAIR fails, you just error out and get no ssld/ziplinks support.
