1. Install haxe
2. haxelib git heaps https://github.com/HeapsIO/heaps.git 2.0
3. haxelib git ecs https://github.com/Aidan63/ecs.git
4. haxelib git differ https://github.com/snowkit/differ.git
5. haxelib git castle https://github.com/ncannasse/castle

Debugging:

1. If you get a compilation assertion failure, set HAXE_STD_PATH env variable to C:\HaxeToolkit\haxe\std (or your equivalent)
