Yes I think its ok to switch to debian 13. Building the image works fine but I ran the tests and they fail. I have not looked into why they are failing yet

Ok did some more testing and I found the following error in the logs:

doveconf: Fatal: Error in configuration file /etc/dovecot/dovecot.conf line 1: The first setting must be dovecot_config_version

dovecot does not start with our config because in debian 13 dovecot was updated to version 2.4.
