Current build as of 2021-04-20

This a static single-file build of ratnormal for Linux/x86_64, combining FLINT 2.6.3, MPFR 4.1.0, GiNaC 1.8.0, CLN 1.3.6, GMP 6.2.1, glibc 2.31, and libstdc++ 10.2.1; all compiled with g++ 10.2.1, and compressed with UPX 3.96.
