This will build a docker image with both the magprime and covid plugins.

The github CI pipeline will checkout the magprime plugin into ./ and covid into ./plugins/covid.
From there the docker file will drop both into /app/plugins and install any dependencies.

Without knowing the specifics I'm not sure if this is terribly useful but wanted to mention this was still hanging around:

Thanks for the reference. It looks like most of those changes may relate to the code base more than the packaging? I'll see if any of that diff seems to affect this image.
