Added a full backup option on startup & shutdown

This version creates a problem with ComicRack until it is configured. You should use v1.2 until this is rewritten. If you really wanted to use v1.3 because it backups in the background make sure that the path is configured and that you don't have more than 100 .zip in that backup folder.

• CHANGE - Made compatible with ComicRack Community Edition, Alternate Config and Portable (will auto detect the data folder location).
