What is purpose of this?There is already a file without comments. |

@farooqkz if you read the annotated.c it has a comment (beginning at line 13) saying this:
the purpose of this pull request is to do exactly what the comment was talking about which is basically for when/if mackstann ever rewrite or change the annotated.c they don't need to do it twice (1st in annotated.c and 2nd in tinywm.c) |

This was mentioned in the readme (although it was followed by "but nah") and I suppose it may be useful.
