EcoEvoStability

This repository contains the data and code to reproduce the analyses reported in the manuscript "Empirically measuring eco-evolutionary stability".

Repository contents:

• data - .csv file of raw data.

• code - R scripts to manage raw data and simulate eco-evolutionary dynamics.

• analyses - R scripts and associated .Rdata and .rds files to reproduce the analyses reported in the manuscript.

• figures - Base output (.pdf) for figures 1-5 and S1-S2.

• .gitignore - Default version created when generating the R project.
