This repository holds the code for the EC (error correction) model along with code for producing figures in the paper and raw data (fas/xlsx) files.
All figures and analyses in the paper can be reproduced using these data and R source files.
The code/ folder contains R code, The data/ folder contains raw input data.
Temporary output files are placed in temp/ and figures are generated into figures/
Some additional output stuff for the permanova etc is in the root folder.
