My name is Luís. I took up programming when I was 13, when I started learning Lua. In high school I ventured into Python and some competitive programming participating in TECLA 2020 finishing in 6th place.

After high school, I started studying Software Engineering in University of Minho. I also became a collaborator for CeSIUM using PHP, Laravel, Elixir and Phoenix, Currently I'm the Secretary of the fiscal council for the second time.

I also continued to participate in competitive programming, achieving 3rd place (silver medalist) 2 times in MIUP and being in the top 60 of SWERC 2 times.

Furthermore, I am currently a researcher at HASLab/INESC TEC as well, doing research on SDN and Distributed Systems.

Although the language I use the most is Python, I also know Haskell, C, C++, Java, JavaScript, Typescript, Elixir and P4.
