Introducing a generative PyTorch-based Nueral Network (NN) that uses information LIMCALA data to predict actual cysteine (abbreviated as "Cys or "C") frameworks in analyzed Neoagstropod venomic peptidomes. While the LNVSI algorithm can compare two such samples and return in-context similarity scores, ConoBot is capable of complex, de novo proteomic reasoning.
